Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 7.--MILK, CREAM AND DAIRY PRODUCTS

      65-782.   Fees deposited in state treasury; dairy feefund established.(a) The secretary shall remit all moneys received under thisact to the state treasurer at least monthly. Upon receipt ofsuch remittance, the state treasurer shalldeposit the entire amount thereof in the state treasury and the same shall becredited to the dairyfee fund, which is hereby created, unless otherwise stated.

      (b)   All expenditures from the dairy fee fund shall be madein accordance withappropriation acts upon warrants of the director of accounts and reports issuedpursuant tovouchers approved by the secretary.
