Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 7.--MILK, CREAM AND DAIRY PRODUCTS

      65-784.   On-farm production of butter and salesthereof not subject to act.Nothing in this act pertaining to the manufacture ofbutter shall apply to farmers orproducers of milk and cream when churning milk or cream produced on their ownfarm into whatshall be known as dairy, country or farm butter or to prohibit such producersfrom making cheeseout of milk and cream which are produced on their own farm, when such productis to be used ason-farm retail sales of milk or milk products.
