Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 72.--NATUROPATHIC DOCTORS

      65-7205.   Examination.(a) Each applicant for registration under this actshall beexamined by a written examination or examinations chosen by theboard to test theapplicant's knowledge of thebasic and clinical sciences relating to naturopathy, andnaturopathy theory and practice, including theapplicant'sprofessional skills and judgment in the utilization of naturopathictechniques and methods, and such other subjects as the board may deemuseful to determine the applicant's fitness to practice naturopathy.

      (b)   The provisions of this section shall take effect on and after January 1,2003.
