      65-7215.   Injunctive remedies forviolations.(a) When it appears to the board that any person isviolatingany of the provisions of this act, the board may bring an action in the name ofthe state of Kansas in a courtof competent jurisdiction for an injunction against such violation withoutregard to whether proceedings have been or may be instituted before theboard or whether criminal proceedings have been or may be instituted.

      (b)   The provisions of this section shall take effect on and after January 1,2003.
