Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 72.--NATUROPATHIC DOCTORS

      65-7216.   Adjudicative procedures.(a) All state agency adjudicative proceedings underthe naturopathic doctor registration actshall be conducted in accordance with theprovisions ofthe Kansas administrative procedure act and shall be reviewable inaccordance with the act for judicial review and civil enforcement of agencyactions.

      (b)   The provisions of this section shall take effect on and after January 1,2003.
