65-7309. Moneys received by board; disposition;healing arts fee fund.(a) The board shall remit all moneys received by or for theboardfromfees, charges orpenalties to the state treasurer in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A.75-4215, andamendments thereto. Upon receipt of each such remittance, the state treasurershall deposit theentire amount in the state treasury. Twenty percent of such amount shall becredited to the stategeneral fund and the balance shall be credited to the healing arts fee fund.All expenditures fromthe healing arts fee fund shall be made in accordance with appropriation actsupon warrants ofthe director of accounts and reports issued pursuant to vouchers approved bythe president of theboard or by a person or persons designated by the president.
(b) This section shall take effect on and after July 1, 2005.
