      65-7407.   Report of activities to thelegislature.The secretary shall prepare an annual report of the loanguarantee activity under this act, including new loans, loan repayment statusand other relevant information regarding activities under this act and shallsubmit the report of its activities to the legislature at the beginning of eachregular session by submitting the annual report to the committee on ways andmeans of the senate, or to the appropriate subcommittee thereof, or to itssuccessor committee, and to the committee on appropriations of the house ofrepresentatives, or to the appropriate budget committee, or its successorcommittee.
