66-101h. Same; general supervision and inspection of utilities; damageliability.The commission shall have general supervision of allelectric public utilities doing business inthis state and shall inquire into any neglect or violations of the laws ofthis state by any electric public utility or by theofficers, agents or employees thereof. From timeto time, the commission shallcarefully examine and inspect the condition of each electric publicutility, its equipment, the manner of its conduct and its managementwith reference to the public safety and convenience.Nothing in this section shall be construed as relieving any electric publicutility from its responsibility or liability fordamage to person or property.
