Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-105.   Common carriers defined.As used in this act, "commoncarriers" shall include allfreight-line companies,equipment companies, pipe-line companies, and all persons and associationsof persons, whether incorporated or not, operating such agencies for publicuse in the conveyance of persons or property within this state.
