      66-117a.   State intervention as party to certain ratehearings.The secretary of administration may intervene on behalf of the state ofKansas as a party to any rate hearing conducted by the state corporationcommission in which the state of Kansas would be affected as a consumerby a proposed change in the rates considered at such hearing.
