Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-118i.   Same; distribution of unclaimed funds.All such sums of money which shall have been paid into court orcollected by said petitioner or utility in excess of the rate finallyestablished and which shall not be claimed, as provided in K.S.A. 66-118h,within one year after the date of the publicationof the notice provided in K.S.A. 66-118h, shall be paidinto the state treasury and credited to the general revenue fund.
