Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-118o.   Same; invalidity of part.If any section, sentence or clause or phrase of this act is for anyreason held to be unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect thevalidity of the remaining portions of this act. The legislature herebydeclares that it would have passed the act, each section, subsection,sentence, clause and phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that anyone or more of the same shall be declared unconstitutional.
