66-119. Standard commercial units of products; regulations for testingproducts.The commission may ascertain and prescribe for each kind of publicutility governed by the provisions of this act, suitable and convenientstandard commercial units of products in service. These shall be the lawfulunits for the purposes of this act. It shall prescribe reasonableregulations for examinations and testing of such products or service andfor the measurement thereof. It shall establish reasonable rules,regulations, specifications and standards to secure the accuracy of allmeters and appliances for measurements, and every public utility isrequired to carry into effect all orders issued by the commission relativethereto.
