66-128k. Severability.The provisions of this act are declared to be severable,and if any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this act shall for anyreason be held to be invalid or unconstitutional, the validity orapplication of the other provisions of the act shall not be affected, itbeing the intent of the legislature that the act shall standnotwithstanding the invalidity of any part.
