      66-139.   Enforcement of act or order.The commission may compel compliance with the provisions of this act andcompel compliance with the orders of the commission by proceeding inmandamus, injunction or other appropriate civil remedies, or by appropriatecriminal proceedings in any court of competent jurisdiction.
