Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES
Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-151.   Certified copies of documents; admissibility.Subject to the provisions of K.S.A. 66-1220a and amendments thereto andrulesand regulations regarding protection of confidentiality adopted by thecommission pursuant to K.S.A. 66-101c, 66-1,190 and 66-1,203, and amendmentsthereto, upon application of any person, the commission shall furnishcertified copies of any classification, rates, rules, regulations ororders, at costs determined pursuant to commission policies and procedures;and such certified copies, or printed copies published by authorityof the corporation commission, shall be admissible in evidence in any suit,and sufficient to establish the fact that in any charge, rate, rule, orderor classification therein contained, and which may be in issue in thetrial, is the official act of the corporation commission; and suchdeterminations and orders of the commission shall be prima facie evidence,in any action in which they are offered, of the reasonableness and justnessof the classifications, rates and charges involved therein and of all othermatters therein found and determined; and after the lapse of thirty daysfrom the time such determination and orders shall be made, no suit thenpending to set the same aside, and they remaining in full force and effect,such determinations and orders shall be held to be conclusive as to thematters involved therein. A substantial compliance with the requirements ofthis act shall be sufficient to give effect to all determinations andorders made and established by the commission.
