Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES
Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-154.   Rebates, drawbacks and special privileges ordiscriminationsunlawful.It shall be unlawful for any common carrier togrant, or for any consignee or consignor to receive, any rebate ordrawback, or enter into any arrangement whereby such consignee or consignorshall directly or indirectly receive a lower rate for transporting freightthan the rate fixed by the orders of this commission or the publishedschedules.It shall be unlawful for any common carrier,orany agent or employee thereof, or for any person, firm or corporation toenter into any secret agreement with any firm, person or corporation forthe purpose of giving any firm, person or corporation any specialprivileges, favors or discriminations in favor of such firm, person, orcorporation.
