Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-154f.   Same; invalidity of part.If any section, clause or phrase of this act is for any reason held tobe unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the remaining portionsof this act. The legislature hereby declares that it passes the act, eachsection, sentence, clause and phrase thereof irrespective of the fact thatany one or more of the same shall be declared unconstitutional.
