      66-178.   Same; suits by individuals or corporations permitted.No statute providing for the regulation of public utilities or commoncarriers shall be construed to estop or hinder any person or corporationfrom bringing suit against any such public utility or common carrier forany violation of the laws of this state for the government of publicutilities and common carriers.
