Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-195.   Same; penalty for failure to comply with order.Any common carrier which shall fail to comply with the order of thecorporation commission in respect thereto shall be deemed guilty of amisdemeanor and upon conviction in any court having jurisdiction thereofshall be fined for each offense a sum not less than one hundred dollars normore than five hundred dollars within the discretion of the court.
