Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-1,108a.   Regulation of motor carriers; powersgranted to state corporation commission.As applied to the regulation of motor carriers, theprovisions of this act and all grants of power, authority and jurisdictionherein made to the state corporation commission shall be liberally construed,and all incidental powers necessary to carry into effect the provisions of thisact are expressly granted to and conferred upon the state corporationcommission.
