Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-1,112g.   Private motor carrier permits; reports; rules and regulations.The commission shall issue permits to private motor carriers of propertyand require the filing of annual and other reports, and such additional dataas may be required by the commission in carrying out the provisions ofthis act. The commission may adopt rules andregulations relating to private motor carriers of property.
