66-1,112j. Suspension or revocation of permit, certificate orinterstate license; notice and hearing.Upon failure to comply with the provisions of the motorcarrier law or other laws of the state relating to motor carriers, orupon failure to comply with motor carrier rules and regulations of thecommission, or rules and regulations of the state property valuationdepartment, the department of revenue relating to taxation of motorcarriers, or the port of entry board relating to motor carriers, thecommission may suspend or completely revoke, at any time, any permit,certificate or interstate license after notice and an opportunity to beheard has been given to the granteein accordance with the provisions of the Kansasadministrative procedure act.
