Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-1,131.   Duty of sheriffs, peace officers and county attorneys.It shall be the duty of the sheriffs or other peace officers of anycounty or of this state to make arrests, and the county attorneys toprosecute all violations of the provisions of this act.
