Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-1,157.   Same; default in certain payments; applicable provisions. Any default in payment of fees, penalties therefor, suits forcollection, counsel fees and liens for any fees and penalties in case ofdefault in the payment of any fee or part thereof, shall be governed by theprovisions of K.S.A. 66-1504.
