      66-1,164.   Judicial review of commission's actions.Any action of the commission pursuant toK.S.A. 66-1,163 and amendments thereto is subject to review by the supremecourt in accordancewith the act for judicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions.The supremecourt, in its discretion, may require the appellant to filean appeal bond, conditioned on payment of all court costs incurredincidental to such appeal.
