66-1,203. Same; publication and filing of rates, rules and regulations andcontracts.Every natural gas public utility doing business in Kansasover which the commission has control shall publish andfile with the commission copies of all schedules of rates and shall furnishthe commission copies of all rules and regulations and contracts betweennatural gas public utilities pertaining to any and all jurisdictionalservices tobe rendered by such natural gas public utilities. Thecommission shall have power to prescribe reasonable rules and regulationsregarding the form and filing of all schedules of rates and allrules and regulations of such natural gas public utility, including suchprotection of confidentiality as requested by the natural gas public utility,and the utility's suppliers and customers, for contracts entered into bythem, and as the commission determines reasonable and appropriate.
