      66-1,216.   Same; power, authority and jurisdiction of state corporationcommission.The commission is given full power,authority and jurisdiction to supervise and control the commoncarriers, as defined in K.S.A. 66-1,215,doing business in Kansas, and is empowered to doall things necessary and convenient for the exercise of such power,authority and jurisdiction.
