      66-1,231.   Same; power, authority and jurisdiction of state corporationcommission.The commission is given full power,authority and jurisdiction to supervise and control the miscellaneouspublic utilities, as defined in K.S.A. 66-1,230,doing business in Kansas, and is empowered to doall things necessary and convenient for the exercise of such power,authority and jurisdiction.
