      66-1201.   Erection of overhead crossing or viaduct.It shall be unlawful for any person, corporation or municipality toerect, build or construct any overhead crossing or viaduct over and acrossthe tracks or right of way of any railroad or railway company, withoutproviding a clear space or clearance of not less than 22 feet from the topof the rail or rails of such railroad or railway tracks to the lowestgirder under said elevated structure.
