      66-1202.   Action to enjoin erection of unlawful structure.It shall be the duty of the attorney general, on complaint of anycitizen of the state that such unlawful structure is being erected, tobring an action in the name of the state, in any court of competentjurisdiction, to enjoin the erection of any such structure not having theclearance provided for in section 1 [66-1201].
