      66-1213a.   Affiliated interests; loan or pledge ofcredit.Any public utility subject to the jurisdiction of the statecorporation commission which loans its funds orpledges its credit to any person or entity having an affiliated interest shallreport the terms and conditions of such loan or pledge of credit to the statecorporation commission within 10 days after making such loan orpledging such credit.
