      66-1238.   Electric utility interconnectionagreements, standard provisions.On or before September 1, 2003, the state corporation commissionshall establish standard provisions, including applicable fees, for agreementsproviding for interconnection between the facilities of an electric publicutility, as defined by K.S.A. 66-101a, and amendments thereto, and a generatorwhich generates electricity from renewable resources or technologies, asdefined byK.S.A. 2009 Supp.17-4652, and amendments thereto.
