      66-1260.   Same; renewable energy resource investmentby affected utilities; calculation by commission .For each affected utility, thecommission shall determine whether investment inrenewable energy resources required to meet the renewable portfoliorequirement, as required byK.S.A. 2009 Supp. 66-1258, and amendments thereto, causes the affectedutility's totalrevenue requirement toincrease one percent or greater. The retail rate impact shall bedetermined net of new nonrenewablealternative sources of electricity supply reasonably available at the time ofthe determination.
