      66-1275.   Same; rules and regulations for monitoringair emissions from compressed air energy storage wells and facilities.Within 18 months after the effective date of this act, thedepartment shall establishrules andregulations establishingrequirements, procedures and standards for the monitoring of air emissionscoming from compressedair energy storage wells and storage facilities to ensure the wells andfacilities comply with theKansas air quality act.
