      66-229.   Same; duty of officers.Upon complaint, it is hereby made the duty of every county engineer androad supervisor inthis state to see that this act is complied with in suchperson's jurisdiction andto report to the county attorney of such person's countyevery failure on the part ofany person or corporation to comply with this act. It ishereby madethe duty of the county attorney of each county in the state to enforce thisact.
