Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES Article 2.--DUTIES AND LIABILITIES OF RAILROAD COMPANIES

      66-231.   Same; civil liability.Any railroad company neglecting or refusing to comply with theprovisions of K.S.A. 66-230 shall be liable for alldamages sustained by anyone by reason of such neglect and refusal; andin order for the injured party to recover all damages he has sustainedit will only be necessary for him to prove such neglect or refusal.
