Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES Article 5.--POWERS OF RAILROAD COMPANIES

      66-537.   Application of act.The provisions of this act shall not apply to or affect anyvalid lease entered into prior to the effective date of this act or to anyrenewal or extension thereof on the same terms and conditions, but theprovisions of this act shall apply to and govern any renewal or extension ofsuch lease on any different term or condition or any material modification ofany such lease where such renewal, extension or material modificationis effected on or after the effective date of this act.
