Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES Article 8.--FORECLOSURE PROCEEDINGS

      66-803.   Time for sale.In all cases of foreclosure of mortgages or deeds of trust heretoforeexecuted (or that shall hereafter be executed) by any railway companyorganized under the laws of this state, or of the territory of Kansas, uponthe property or franchises of such company, whether the same shall be nowpending or shall be hereafter commenced, no sale shall take place at theinstance of the trustee named in said mortgages or deeds of trust by virtueof any judgment, decree or interlocutory order entered therein, until afterthe expiration of three years from the entry or docketing thereof, exceptas hereinafter provided.
