Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES Article 8.--FORECLOSURE PROCEEDINGS

      66-805.   Same; execution of petition.In case any person other than the owner of said bonds shall sign suchpetition, representing himself as the agent, trustee or proxy of saidowner, his authority for signing the same shall be in writing or printedand executed by the owner of said bonds, and be duly acknowledged beforesome notary public, and shall be attested by the signature and officialseal of such notary.
