Chapter 68.--ROADS AND BRIDGES PART I.--ROADS Article 1.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      68-133.   Same; time for action to set aside or enjoin.No suit or action of any kind shall be maintained in any court toset aside or in any way contest or enjoin or levy or collect any tax orspecial assessment levied under the provisions of this act after theexpiration of thirty (30) days from the time of the levy of such tax orassessment.
