68-141f. Setting aside portions of road and bridge or street funds;definitions.As used in this act, the following terms shall have the meaning ascribedto them by this section unless the context otherwise requires.
(1) "Municipality" means any city or county and any township which isnot located in a county operating under the county road unit system.
(2) "Governing body" as applied to a county, means the board of countycommissioners; as applied to a township means the township trustee, thetownship treasurer and the township clerk acting as a board; and as appliedto a city means the governing body of such city regardless of the form ofgovernment of such city.
