Chapter 68.--ROADS AND BRIDGES PART I.--ROADS Article 1.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      68-151h.   Same; how money expended.All moneys derived from such bond issue shall be expended only for thepurposes specified in K.S.A. 68-151g on county roads ineach county commissioner district in the same proportion as the totalmiles of county roads in such county commissioner district bears to thetotal number of miles of county roads in the entire county.
