Chapter 68.--ROADS AND BRIDGES PART I.--ROADS Article 1.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      68-168.   Same; penalties.Any person, corporation, firm or association violating any of theprovisions of K.S.A. 68-167 shall be deemed guilty of amisdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine ofnot more than two hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more thanthirty (30) days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
