      68-173.   Same; disposition of moneys.All moneys collected by the secretary of transportation pursuant to theterms of an agreement entered into in accordance with the provisions ofthis act shall be remitted to the state treasurer inaccordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Uponreceipt of each such remittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entireamount in the state treasury to the credit of the state highwayfund.
