      68-182.   Direct payment to seller of certain lands or interests thereinacquired for highway, road or street purposes.Where land or an easement or other interest in land for highway, road orstreet purposes is acquired by any county or city by purchase, and suchcounty or city so acquiring the same is entitled to be reimbursed by thesecretary of transportation for the full purchase price thereof, thesecretary may with the approval of such county or city pay the amount to bepaid for such land, easement or other interest in such land direct to theseller or sellers thereof.
