Chapter 68.--ROADS AND BRIDGES PART I.--ROADS Article 10.--NAMING AND MARKING OF HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES

      68-1015.   35th Infantry Division Memorial highway; powers and duties ofsecretary of transportation.The secretary of transportation shall provide appropriate signs atproper intervals along the federal interstate highway No. 35 bearing aninscription to show the designation. The secretary may accept andadminister gifts and donations to aid in obtaining suitable highway signsbearing the proper approved inscription. The memorial committee heretoforereferred to in this section is hereby abolished.
