      68-1028.   Designation of I-470 as "the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. memorialhighway."Interstate highway I-470 from the east Topeka interchange of the Kansasturnpike to its intersection with I-70 west of Topeka is hereby designatedas "the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. memorial highway." The secretary oftransportation shall place markers along the highway right-of-way at properintervals to indicate that the highway is the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.memorial highway.
