Article 10.--NAMING AND MARKING OF HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES

      68-1040.   Designation of part of U.S. highway 166 as the Martin LutherKing, Jr. memorial highway.United States highway 166 where it enters the city ofCoffeyville on the northeast, thence south and west through the city to thepoint where it exits the city of Coffeyville on the west, is hereby designatedas the Martin Luther King, Jr. memorial highway. The secretary oftransportation shall place signs along the highway right-of-way at properintervals to indicate that the highway is the Martin Luther King, Jr. memorialhighway. The secretary of transportation may accept and administer gifts anddonations to aid in obtaining and installing suitable highway signs.
