      68-1044.   Designation of part of K-96 highway as the State Fair Freeway.K-96 highway northwest from the west city limits of the city ofWichita to the west city limits of the city of Hutchinson is hereby designatedas the State Fair freeway. The secretary of transportation shall place markersalong the highway right-of-way at proper intervals to indicate that the highwayis the State Fair freeway. The secretary of transportation may accept andadminister gifts and donations to aid in obtaining suitable highway signsbearing the proper approved inscription.
